Lech Walesa (born 29 september 1943 in Popowo) polish politician and trade-union and human-rights activist . He founded Independent Self-governing Trade Union "Solidarity" ("Solidarnosc") which started changes in political system from communism to democracy in many European countries and fought for rights and better conditions of life for all people .He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1983 .
